Information we receive

When you request an introduction, we receive your name, email address, reason for your interest, membership preference, introducer if provided, message if provided, confirmation of legal drinking age and consent, submission time, and a country code inferred by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare also processes limited technical data needed to protect the form and verify the security check. IKI does not store your IP address or browser user agent in the invitation record.

How we use it

We use this information to read and respond to your request, share current availability and the next steps, maintain the security and reliability of the request service, and keep an operational record of our response.

We do not sell your personal information or use the request form to collect payment-card details.

Services involved

Cloudflare provides website hosting, form protection and restricted request storage. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to supply those services, subject to their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

The structured introduction-request record is retained for up to 12 months. We may remove it sooner when it is no longer needed. Related email correspondence and later membership records may be retained for as long as needed to answer you, provide a requested service, document the relationship, or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

IKI's data-protection contact can be reached at jp2sg@iki-jp.sg. You may use that address to ask about this notice, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out and may prevent us from continuing the requested conversation. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

IKI is intended only for adults of legal drinking age where they live. Please enjoy responsibly.
