Privacy Notice

IKI collects the information you submit through the invitation request form in order to respond to your inquiry, manage the invitation process, and communicate with you about IKI.

We may collect your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp contact, country of residence, introducer, inquiry type, message, submission time, browser user agent, and country inferred by Cloudflare.

We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, FormSubmit and Resend for email delivery, and a restricted lead storage system selected by the IKI team. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the invitation process.

We do not sell your personal data. Unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons, invitation request data should be assessed and deleted when it is no longer needed for the invitation process.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting IKI at jp2sg@iki-jp.sg.
